Robin Walters
Robin is Co-Founder and CEO 3 organizations - DEROTAM, LLC, Fitness and Zumba Zone LLC (FZz) and ShiftEqual, LLC. Also a career IBMer, Robin has worked in Information Technology with IBM upon college graduation and has held many technical, Executive sales and Services positions, domestically and globally, serving internal IBM and external IBM Clients.
As CEO of DEROTAM, one of her main focus is around Diversity. A Trademark of DEROTAM, LLC, Diversity as a Servicetm, is a suite of offerings and tools designed to promote awareness and help individuals and/or companies understand, embrace and accept that the world is diverse.
Personally speaking, Robin has also spent many years working with various community youth organizations - Reston Institute for the Arts; Jack and Jill of America; Greater Washington, D.C. Youth At Risk, and is an author of a children’s book written to help children understand and navigate thru parental unemployment titled ‘My Daddy lost his job and I gotta’ help him find it!’. Robin also chaired the family project – LifeLinks - that gathered discarded textbooks, K-12, from 52 Virginia Counties, Happy Meal toys, surplus medial supplies, sorted, palletized and shipped to the country of Liberia. Sending approximately 500,000 books allowed 400 schools to reopen in Liberia.
An avid dancer, runner and fitness teacher, Robin spends her free time teaching Zumba, low impact aerobics and Aqua Zumba at various gyms around Northern Virginia
Del Walters
Del is the anchor of On the Scene for the Scripps News Network.
Prior to that he was the Washington Bureau Chief for the Black News Channel where he was the host of the wildly popular show, DC Today.
Del is the former co-anchor of Your World This Morning for Al Jazeera America based in New York .
As a journalist Del has won 22 Emmy’s and numerous other awards.
He has appeared on numerous TV shows including Hardball with Chris Matthews on MSNBC, and ‘Oprah’.
Del is also an author, and award winning documentary filmmaker. Del has written seven books, including three works of fiction. His debut novel, ‘The RACE’, was followed by “Wereth, the Black Parade”, “The Pottery Barn Rules”, and “The Jesus Seed”.
In 2005, the non-profit wing of Del’s company, collected, with the aid of the Virginia National Guard, and delivered 500,000 books to the West African Nation of Liberia. The books were used to rebuild the libraries of 400 schools in the war torn country.
Joseph Parker
Joseph Parker is a multidimensional executive and leader with deep business development, consulting and systems development, professional services experience within the science & technology, law enforcement, military, aerospace, transportation, command & control, computers, communications, intelligence, reconnaissance, and surveillance, and information technology sectors. He leverages 40+ years’ experience with balancing education, and military, engineering, leadership, and business background to build corporate culture and capture billions of dollars in new business, and drive quality, performance, sales, profitability, and growth in highly competitive markets. He has joined with companies at various levels, from small, mid-sized, and large Fortune 200 businesses, leading, growing, and improving culture and performance. Joseph’s experience spans the USA and internationally in Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean.
Taylor Rademacher
Taylor Rademacher is the Chief Marketing and “Millennial” Officer for MyA. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing and has always worked in the Mobile Industry. Taylor’s work experience started as a wireless sales consultant before quickly advancing to Best Buy Mobile Manager followed by becoming a Target Mobile Manager. For the past 5 years Taylor has worked as an Indirect Account Executive for Sprint. She supports a multi-state territory through sales training, local marketing and business to business sales.
